Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is included in the price?
A: With the All The Love package, use of all the facilities will be private and includes the events barn, heated pool, recreation pavilion, electric bikes, wifi, and laundry. It also includes the wedding ceremony location. Additional cost items include services/products such as floral arrangements, photography services, live music, a wedding cake or any additional decorations that we do not have on property. With the Simply Love and United Love packages the use of facilities remains the same as listed above, but will be shared with resort guest. However, the ceremony location will always be private.
Q: How many people can you accommodate?
A: We can sleep a maximum of 52 guests in the cottages, 75 RV Sites and multiple tent sites. The tent sites are available only with the All the Love Package.
Q. Do we have to rent the entire resort?
A: If you have 40 or more guests at the Seaview RV Resort, you have to rent the whole property. Private use of the barn is only available with the All the Love package. This is to ensure you and any other guests have a wonderful time with us.
Q: Can we have some of our guests pay for some of the accomodation costs?
A: Absolutely. Many of our weddings ask their guests “contribute” to costs/expenses. Remember, they are here for YOU! We make it easy, where we reserve the spaces and they will call us direct and pay how much you tell us you would like them pay.
Q: Do I need to hire a Wedding Planner?
A: If you wish to plan the details, we can assist through the entire process. If you have specific needs or do not wish to handle the planning we can help with providing names for some wonderful wedding planners.
Q: Can you help us with contacting vendors for flowers, photography etc?
A: Yes, we have a list of recommended vendors who have worked with us in the past, and have done a very good job.
Q: Where do we get married?
A: The majority of our weddings take place at our ocean front outdoor location on the island peninsula or next to the event barn, but it is up to you as to where you decide to have the ceremony.
Q: Do you have add-on items to the packages?
A: Yes, we have a variety of al la carte add on items such as a traditional Maine Lobster Pot buffet-style lunch or dinner, bar and food package, cottage welcome baskets, whale watch experience, kayak rentals
